Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service price. Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If no credit card is on file, we require payment in full for the missed appointment before booking again. We may ask that you prepay for all future appointments as well.
If your contact information (email address, cell #, or cell provider) has changed, let us know ASAP so we can update our records. Our booking system sends automated TEXT and EMAIL reminders 48 hours prior to an appointment. It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled. Please let us know at that time if you need to cancel or reschedule by calling OR texting 225-278-4879. If no one answers, leave a voicemail and someone will get in touch with you to reschedule.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of our service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session. For example, if you scheduled a 1 hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of service.
Please do not bring any young children or babies to your lash appointment. Your eyes will be closed the entire time so you will not be able to tend to them. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on any services performed at Heavenly Lashes. However, if you're having an issue with your lashes or are not completely satisfied with your service, contact us within 5 days to book an evaluation appointment. We will do our best to make sure you're happy with your service! If a product is sold that is defective we will gladly issue a full refund.
