CANCELLATION POLICY

New clients will be required to make a deposit made through Pay Pal to schedule an appointment. If you do not have a Pay Pal account you can come by the studio and pay by check, cash, or credit or debit card. Credit or debit card payments will incur a 3% fee. Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will NOT be refunded their deposit under any circumstances. If you need to cancel an appointment please TEXT or CALL, ASAP! Please, no emails for appointment cancelations. The same policy applies to future appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. After a late cancelation, a fee 50% of the total price will be required before scheduling another appointment. By making a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. CHILDREN

Please do not bring any young children or babies to your lash appointment. Your eyes will be closed the entire time so you will not be able to tend to them. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.


RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on any services performed at Heavenly Lashes. If a product is sold that is defective we will gladly issue a full refund.
