CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a $75 deposit to book an appointment. The deposit is non refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to an appointment. No further deposits are required for TOUCH UP appointments unless repetitive cancelations (less than 48 hours prior to an appointment) or no shows occur. Deposits are required for ALL full set appointments. By making a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

 

To make a deposit, we accept PayPal and Venmo payments. If you prefer cash or check deposits, we will gladly accept payments at the salon.  We DO NOT accept credit/debit card payments. For PayPal payments, send money to our email address: [email protected] and select "SEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY" to avoid the PayPal service fee. If using Venmo, send money to the same email address above. 


CHILDREN

Please do not bring any young children or babies to your lash appointment. Your eyes will be closed the entire time so you will not be able to tend to them. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.


RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on any services performed at Heavenly Lashes. If a product is sold that is defective we will gladly issue a full refund.
